As the new year starts in earnest we are preparing for next week’s ground-breaking ceremony at “Ocean Heights”, heralding the start of construction on the first of our four planned apartment buildings. The invitations have been sent out, the machinery will be on site and the first of the builds will be underway.
The 16 new homes we announced in July will form part of the 19-home community, with communal pool facility that we have now branded “Ocean Heights”. The three additional homes will be variations of our “Clearwater” design, featuring three bedrooms and an optional plunge pool.
Formal marketing will begin in the coming weeks, but the homes are available to reserve and the first of them has already been snapped up.
