We are delighted to announce our first development of new homes for sale at Stella Maris Village. Contracts have been entered into for the construction of 16 new homes, all of which will have spectacular Atlantic Ocean views. As with our previous construction on Long Island, the buildings will feature the highly acclaimed Emmedue construction system and be built by Long Island’s Cartwright’s Construction working together with Nassau based Carib Construction and Project Management Limited.

The brief to the architect was to produce a design that would look like an elegant villa from the road or the air, but each building comprises four apartments.

The homes will meet the resurgent demand for both residential and holiday homes that is being witnessed as a result of the improving world economy and the construction activity is sure to provide a major boost for the economy of Long Island, effective immediately.

The new homes will be competitively priced from $545,000 and finished to a high specification to include solar power, rainwater filtration systems and first class insulation, making them virtually self-sufficient. They will also benefit from fibre-optic communications and television.

The sixteen new homes will be built on adjacent lots and form a small community around a shared pool. The development will also include a further four, single storey homes to be built to the owners’ specifications on adjacent lots.

To the best of our knowledge this will be the first time homes have been built at Stella Maris to be offered for sale, rather than retained by the person commissioning the build. Off-plan sales activity will begin later this year and turnkey homes will be available from next summer (unless they have been previously sold off-plan, of course).
