As the new year starts in earnest we are preparing for next week’s ground-breaking ceremony at “Ocean Heights”, heralding the start of construction on the first of our four planned apartment buildings. The invitations have been sent out, the machinery will be on site and the first of the builds will be underway.
Earlier today Joerg Friese of Stella Maris Resort Club managed to make contact with Curly, presumably by satellite phone as both landline and cell communications remain down after Hurricane Joaquin hit Long Island during the latter part of last week.
